The Craftsman on Elliot is a 22 ac mixed-use neighborhood. Horizontal and vertical uses — 65% residential and 35% commercial — are integrated within a new urban walkable development. The 386 dwelling units are spread throughout diverse residential typologies: 4-story multifamily apartments, carriage houses, a 2-story live/work building, and a 2-story residential apartment above retail building.
Unified by a main street core, The Craftsman residences are complemented by 42,000 RNSF of commercial spread throughout restaurant, drive-thru, and commercial shell concepts.
Designed in a “modern agrarian” style, The Craftsman was developed in close coordination with Mesa Council and Planning Department to reflect and support the growing aspirations of a growing city.
