One Snowmass’ 41 condominiums are spread across two ski in/out buildings. Building East is home to village guest services while the Inspirato Club Lounge, Yoga, Fitness, and Spa find life in Building East. Four retail tenants occupy the Village Level just steps away from the gondola and slope access.
Completed in March of 2020, One Snowmass is ideally suited to embody the sustainable and ecological values of the Snowmass community. Success found in this LEED Gold project has propelled Base Village development forward with Electric Pass Lodge newly underway to the east.
