Moreland Village provides resort amenities to the owners and guests of Palmetto Bluff’s second residential development of 500 entitled homesites. The 600 acre Lowcountry development is wrapped around this social hub to extend southern hospitality for an in situ experience amongst the Live Oak and Palmetto marsh habitat.
Amenities include bar, restaurant, yoga/fitness center, bowling alley, game room, art studio, bike shop, pool, and locker rooms.
