One bedroom with den units compliment the two and three bedroom options while ownership cost is managed through management of materials and assemblies. The result is a greater flexibility to address the needs of the a growing Base Village.
A careful balance of Town of Snowmass design standards, cost, and expectations of both comfort and performance guided Electric Pass Lodge to Net Zero realization.
